SA set to host Zambia-South Africa Business Forum

South Africa is set to host the Zambia-South Africa Business Forum which will be held on 25th October, 2018 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry, Christopher Yaluma and Northern Province Minister Brian Mundubile will be among key speakers to the Forum.

The Zambia-South Africa Business Forum is holding the third Invest in Zambia Forum that has attracted about three hundred investors.

Zambia’s High Commissioner to South Africa Emmanuel Mwamba has confirmed the development to Money FM News in a statement.

Mr. Mwamba says this year’s ‘Invest in Zambia Forum’ will be the third series since 2015, and has attracted investors in the agriculture and agro-processing sectors.

Mr. Mwamba also confirmed that Northern Province Minister, Hon. Brian Mundubile, is among the key speakers and will address the agriculture opportunities that provinces in Zambia present.

Mr. Mwamba says the business forum is part of the series of events being held to celebrate Zambia’s national independence in October.

He says the High Commission is also hosting a special lecture on Zambia’s founding President, Dr. Kenneth David Kaunda remembering his contribution and special role to the liberation of Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa.

And Mr. Mwamba says the investment tour of commercial farmers that had travelled by road to Zambia, has arrived in Zambia and will hold several meetings with stakeholders
