Young people advised to invest in property development

An Entrepreneur has encouraged young people in the country to consider venturing into property development saying this is a viable business to invest in.
Infobiz Company Limited Chief Executive Officer Patrick Mungo tells Money FM News that real estate world over has proved to be a viable business and hence the need for youths in the country to invest in this important business.
“I want to encourage young people out there, don’t wait until you retire for you to build something or rather invest in real estate. I can assure you that this is a viable business that has good returns on your investment,” he said.
Mr. Mungo says property does not lose value like other property hence the need for those planning to invest in a business to consider putting their money in real estate.
