“Medical for Quality Healthcare in Zambia wants to thank President Edgar Lungu for taking action over the Ministry of Health scandal by firing the Minister of Health, Dr Chitalu Chilufya.”
“However, we would like the President to extend the axe to the two Permanent Secretaries of Health and their two Directors at Medical Stores Ltd (MSL) and Zambia Medicines and Regulations Authority (ZAMRA) due to their incompetency and negligence,” Dr. Mwabu demanded.
He further congratulated Bwana Mkubwa Member of Parlaiment Dr. Jonas Chanda for his new appointment as Health Minister, and wished him well as he champions the promotion of quality healthcare in Zambia.
