Lusaka chain stores opened for business.

Shops at most chain stores in Lusaka district have opened for business following disturbances caused by residents who looted and caused damage to property when Students from the University of Zambia were conducting a demonstration over xenophobia violence in South Africa.
A visit by Money FM crew to Manda Hill Shopping Mall, it has been established that the shops have opened to members of the public with shoppers going about their business normally.
However, there is heavily presence of Zambia Police Service keeping vigil of the premises.
Some Shoppers talked to by Money FM expressed delight that normal operations have returned to the chain stores.
