ZESCO records improved user online performance

The country’s power utility company says it has seen increased usage of its online services since the outbreak of the coronavirus as compared to before.
Speaking in an interview with Money FM News, ZESCO Public Relations Officer Hazel Zulu said, “Since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country, there has been an increased user performance on their online stages as most people are adhering to safety guidelines.”
“Client compliance at customer care offices has also improved in a bid to maintain social distancing measures as offices are less congested,” She added.
She had since emphasized the need for the public to migrate from physically visiting public offices during this period to more use of media platforms.
Following the outbreak of COVID-19, Health Authorities have been advocating for the use of online platforms as a measure to reduce physical contact in public offices.
