Zambia is among the best countries to do business with in Africa, Export Import Bank of India- EXIM Bank Managing Director David Rasquinha has said.
“EXIM Bank has funded infrastructure projects in Zambia, Mr. Rasquinha added, such as the de-congestion of Lusaka Roads project which is taking shape.”
He was speaking when he addressed Africa Day in Gujarat, India, Summit which has attracted Cabinet Ministers, Diplomats and captains of industry from Africa.
“I urge Indian investors seeking to invest in Africa to consider his Bank for financial assistance to fund projects especially infrastructure development,” the EXIM Bank Managing Director said.
He praised the Government of India for choosing EXIM Bank as a conduit for financing projects especially in Africa in order to achieve India- Africa mutual cooperation.
Zambia’s High Commissioner to India Judith Kapijimpanga attended the Summit.
