The country has a variety of rice that it can be exported to West Africa which depends on this commodity as a staple food.
He says the country can also increase on the export of sugar following the opening of Kasama sugar.
Dr. Fundanga, who is also former Bank of Zambia Governor, says Zambia can also export Kapenta to the outside world which is in dire need of this product.
