Government has announced that it is in the process of revising the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Policy and developing the first Economic development policy.
Minister of Commerce Trade and Industry Christopher Yaluma says this is to ensure that business development in Zambia is aligned with global trends.
Mr. Yaluma says the successful implementation of these policies and the continuation of programs targeted at the business community will lead to the development of the business environment in the country.
He was speaking when he officiated at the 2019 Zambia Entrepreneurship Summit and Exhibition under the theme “Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the future now, leaving no one behind”.
