North-western province has massive developmental projects – PS

• North Western province aligned with a lot of developmental projects.
• Mwinilunga to receive a lot of infrastructure development.
• The province will have it’s own fruit and tomato factory.

Government says it is pleased with the works and the rate at which developmental projects are progressing in North-western province.

Speaking in an interview with Money FM, North-western province Permanent Secretary Willies Manjimela said he appreciates the efforts being made by government to undertake noble projects in the province that are progressing well.

“Amongst the many projects undertaken by government in North-western province is the Solwezi Multi-purpose economic zone which is near completion with 98 percent of the work done,” Mr Manjimela said .

“The other project is the Kasensele Gold mine in Mwiniluga which is coming up very well.”

The PS added that government has lined up a number of various projects that once complete, will bring about development in the province especially in Mwiniluga district.

“We appreciate the government for all the projects being undertaken in the province and for living by the adage of leaving no one behind,” he said.

The PS has since encouraged government to continue with it’s developmental projects in the area.
