The Anti-Corruption Commission has urged Lusaka water and sewerage company integrity committee to be proactive in the fight against Corruption.


Acting Director General Rosemary Kuzwayo says the Commission expects the integrity committee to seal loop holes that may be prone to corruption such as theft and other criminal acts.


Ms Kuzwayo notes that illegal water connections have been an issue that has potential to rob money and dent the institution’s name.


She was speaking in a speech read on her behalf by Anti-Corruption Commission Director for Prevention Zondwayo Soko during the launch of the anti-corruption revised code of conduct and ethics Charter, Whistle blower and Gifts and Benefits and enterprise risk management policy for Lusaka water supply and Sanitation company.
