Dr. Bulaya made his remarks following Zambia’s successful hosting of African Union 4th Midyear coordinating summit under the theme is “Building Resilience in Nutrition on the African Continent: Accelerate the Human Capital, Social and Economic Development is not by accident”

He said the theme resonates well with pronouncements of President Hakainde Hichilema who has shown his Intentions to ensure Zambia’s Agriculture takes its rightful place in the region by producing more.

Dr. Bulaya is of the view that Zambia has laid a very good foundation in many fronts in terms of its agriculture prowess further emphasizing that hosting this summit is an encouragement to do more.
