Small scale miners and entrepreneurs should be supported with the right tools -Oxfam

Oxfam says small scale miners and entrepreneurs should be supported with the right tools to grow their Businesses.
Oxfam Country Director Diles Judge says they need the right capacity , licensing and access to markets where they can fairly bargain for their goods.
Mrs Judge says in a telephone interview with Money FM News that the visions and voices pf the small miners and agro Dealers need to be included in policy making decisions.
She says they need to get a fair price for the produce that they put in. it should also help them increase their productivity
Mrs Junge adds that The voice and vision of the Small scale miners and agro Dealers should also be included in policy decision making and the choices that they take.
She says “there are things that we are really keen to see and support how the investment will transform mining and the Agribusiness sector, much more importantly how it will transform the lives of the ordinary Zambians”.
The country director said this following the €800 000 grant that the European Union gave to Zambia to support Small Scale Gold Miners and Agro Businesses.
