The Ministry of Commerce Trade and Industry has advised Small and Medium Enterprises in the country to take Advantage of the Provincial Expo’s that take place in the various Provinces in the country.
Ministry Public Relations Manager Godfridah Chanda says the platforms offer various opportunities for the SMEs to develop their businesses and find market for them.
Ms. Chanda says holding provincial Expo’s gives opportunities for the small businesses unleash their potential and showcase their goods and services.
She says in an interview with Money FM news that SMEs can get bigger markets within and outside their provinces.
Zambia’s first ever Business and tourism Expo was held in Northern Province and was followed by the Central Province Expo and the Luapula province Expo, all held in 2018.
This year, the Copperbelt, Southern, North-Western and Eastern provinces are expected to hold the investment Expos individually to showcase the various investment opportunities available.
