ZANACO announces financial relief package to customers.

The Zambia National Commercial Bank (ZANACO) says the impact of COVID-19 on individuals and businesses cannot be ignored and calls for concerted efforts from all stakeholders.
In a statement issued to Money News, Bank Head of Marketing and Communications Mutinta Musokotwane said to this effect ZANACO has announced the financial relief package available to its customers impacted by the pandemic.
“The impact that Covid-19 has had on individuals and business cannot be ignored, and it calls for all of us to supportive of each other. As a Bank we recognize need to support our customers at a time like this because of its business as usual,” Ms Musokotwani said.
Ms Musokotwane explained that the package will be made available to personal, business banking and corporate customers that have an existing loan facility with the facility.
She noted that following extensive consultations with various customers and stakeholders the bank resolved that relief options will include the extension of loan tenure, refinancing of loans and loan repayment holiday.
