LuSE TRADING SUMMARY FOR THURSDAY, AUGUST 2, 2018: At the end of today’s trading session on the Lusaka Stock Exchange, a total of 35,323 shares in 33 deals, corresponding to a market value of ZMW 41,254.47, were traded. Seven equities participated in trading, ending with one loser, namely ZNCO, with 1.05% share price depreciation. CCAF recorded the highest volume of 16,100 traded shares, followed by CECZ (12,016), ZMBF (2,626) and PUMA (2,200). Regarding the performance of LuSE market indices, the benchmark LuSE All Share Index (LASI) pared 3.47 (-0.06%) points to close at 5,448.15, representing a 1-week loss of 0.7%, a 4-week loss of 0.14%, but an overall year-to-date gain of 2.26%.
