South African Companies expected in Zambia next week.

25 South African Companies are next week expected in Zambia on a four-day investment Mission to the Copperbelt and Lusaka provinces.
In a statement issued to Money FM News by First Secretary for Press and Public Relations at the Zambia High Commission Pretoria South Africa, Naomi Nyawali the business delegation will be led by officials from the South African Department of Trade and Industry.
Ms. Nyawali says sectors to be represented include infrastructure, Mining, Capital equipment and Steel fabrication among others.
The investment Mission will conduct trade and investment seminar, business to business meetings and site-specific visits in Lusaka, Kitwe and Ndola districts.
According to the letter made available to the Zambian mission in Pretoria, South Africa the investment mission is aimed at improving awareness of investment opportunities and deepening bilateral trade relations between the two countries.
The outward selling and investment Mission that will be held from the 12th to 16th August comes as a follow up to the previous trade missions.
And Zambia High’s Commissioner Designate Major General Jackson Miti has hailed the growing interest to invest in Zambia’s various sectors.
He said Zambia was a good investment destination owing to the stable political and economic environment.
He has since encouraged other would be investors to take advantage of the existing opportunities.
